This will be our last Saturday morning gathering of 2025, so lets go strong!

I’m super excited to light up our amazing space and dance into the evening. We’re going big, ritualistic, entrancing and wild. Think 5Rhythms like you’ve never seen it before.

When the colours of autumn have faded; the vibrancy has ebbed and the magic washed away, we are called to continue our journey regardless.
So how do we cultivate resilience and be the catalyst of our dreams in scenarios like these?
How do we find resource in our depth without being pulled under the surface?
The creative vitality of life only stops if you start listening to those who tell you you're too much or not enough.
But in the dance, we open up the possibility to release these burdens in a physical, real and embodied way. Not just from the mind, but with our whole being.
Surrendering our path to the sweat of our inner fire so it infuses into the soul space and transforms into and emboldened pathway.

Never been before?
Feel welcome. This is a large group movement session in which we dance through the 5Rhythms movment map. This natural and powerful exploration of embodiment allows us to easily acces the richness of our individual and collective expereince; opening the doors to somatic process and cathartic ecstasy. It's recommened to bring a full water bottle and layers to move in comfortably.
Timings:
Completing together is always easier when we start together. Arrive early to really drop into the body. I honestly believe the greatest learnings I have recieved have been before the doors close.

Venue:
We dance in The Great Hall, inside the Richard Hoggart Building of Goldmsiths University, SE146NW (enter via the big main entrance).
With a comfrotable wooden floor that's over 550msq to move in + a juicy sound system + climactic waves of music, this is Londons largest movement space in more ways than one.

Facilitation:
Sessions are held by Tim Barnes - known for his music led, DJ centred approach to creating sonic sound journeys that bridge the highs of Ecstatic Dance + the depths of 5Rhythms. He’s been utilising dance as his healing modality for nearly 15 years, and holding space for others’ processes across the last 5, both in the UK and internationally with classes, workshops, retreats and festivals.
