Session Description:
Mellow Flow is a slow-paced Warrior Flow class that gracefully weaves breath with movement to warm your body and invite you deeper into each stretch and your personal practice. Combining gentle stretches with strengthening asanas, this calming journey encourages quieting the mind and restoring balance. Perfectly accessible to all levels — from those newer to yoga to advanced yogis — this class leaves you feeling refreshed and centered.
