• Caesar Salad: crisp romaine, homemade classic caesar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese, and croutons

Entrées

• Rosemary Chicken: breaded chicken breast with a mustard sauce, served with gratin potatoes and spinach
• Grilled Salmon: fresh Atlantic grilled salmon, topped with an orange citrus sauce and served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes, and broccolini
• Beef Brisket: dry spice-rubbed beef brisket, smoked for up to 12 hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn
• Taco Vegan Delight: 2 jackfruit tacos with cilantro, onions, avocado and cucumber salsa, and 2 butternut squash tacos with red cabbage, black beans and slaw. Served with guacamole salsa
