Mother's Day GIfting - Meet The Butane Torch

In this special Mother’s Day edition, torch class students will learn safety and use of the butane torch while creating adjustable giftable silver rings. In class we’ll cover all fundamentals skills for fire work including flame control, metal gauging, annealing, work hardening, texturing and forming. This class is a great way to begin working with fire and metal and the many possibilities it offers while creating one-of-a-kind gifts. There is no prerequisite for this class, but it will provide the prerequisite needed for continuing Level 2 silversmithing classes.
There is a supply kit fee made payable to the teacher day of class by cash or check. Please come prepared to pay this fee.
All other tools will be available for use.
