Whether you are in the energetically powerful early stages as a mommy or walking with the Wisdom of a Mother to grown adults— this movement meditation will fill your cup.
Your time away from the little ones is precious.
Join an inter generational circle of mothers as we dance ourselves into a state of energetic release before melting into the sacred calm of a gentle soundbath.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for you to enjoy a curated meditative space for tea, stretching and authentic conversation.
