Mothercraft Circle: A Support Group for New Mamas
Join our online support group for new mamas, where we create a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and find support on this incredible journey of motherhood. Whether you're a first-time mom or have multiple children, this circle is for you! Mothers of all cultural backgrounds are welcome.
Date: Wed. May 1st 2024 (and the first Wednesday of each month thereafter).
Time: 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Location: Online (Zoom link sent at registration).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Connect with other moms, exchange tips, and discuss various topics related to motherhood. From sleepless nights to breastfeeding challenges, we'll cover it all. Our experienced facilitators who are Doulas, Mothers and Grandmothers, will guide the conversation and offer valuable advice or a listening ear.

HOW TO JOIN THE GROUP
Participants may join at any time. RSVP required 24-hours in advance, to receive the zoom link of the meeting.
BABIES AND CHILDREN AT GROUP SESSIONS
Newborns and babies up to 6 months of age are welcome at in-person sessions.
MENTAL HEALTH REFERRALS
Should complex or challenging experiences of participants arise, referrals for individual, couples or child play therapy can be made to our mental health collaborative partners.

J. Tranae, Doula Program Coordinator
J. is the coordinator and supervisor of the Happy Mama Healthy Baby Community Doula Program. “During my research and preparation for birth work, I fell in love with holistic birthing methods.
