After the success and waiting list for our first overnight mum & daughter retreat in March we are delighted to bring this fun, gorgeous day for our mums & daughters

Details: This is a special summer day retreat for mums and their daughter(s) 6-12 years
Begin with an interactive Pretzel Play class led by Tara-Connection, playfulness, bonding, and present moment activities for mums and their girls. Think laughter, feeling light, stress free fun all in optional
Poses, activities and exercises
Then refresh with some fresh fruit and juice /herbal tea before making gorgeous sensory salt scrubs with essential
Oils. These little sensory pots will be lovingly designed to be a little memory of your day together to bring home
11:15am Morning Tea of scones for the mums and cupcakes for the girls (let us know of any dietary requirements) served with tea, coffee and juice for the girls.
We will then make our way over to the barn where we will participate with our daughters in the most gorgeous braclete making session based around ‘I am enough’ with the incredible Rachel Rose -Rachelroseaccessories.com
Think magic, sparkle, glitter, fun, affirmations and pink. This beautiful session is designed for you to feel held as a mum to be able to enjoy present Moment creativity with your daughter(s) whilst weaving the powerful mantra if being enough into her belief system. Everyone will make their own piece.
After all that creativity and connection, we will then head out to the fresh summer air if the Sperrins to the fire put, to free play, chat, toast marshmallows and enjoy time with our daughter(s) before leaving with our charms, cups filled and core memories made
