Celebrate Mother's Day with your little one at our Mother & Child Mothers Day Mindfulness Workshop! Join M.A.C.K. Kids at Wanstead Works for a wonderful mothers day workshop, allowing mothers and children to be present and connect with each other in a calming and creative environment. We will be exploring all that we love about our supermums and creating a beautiful floral handprint collarge art to take home. Through mindful movement Yoga fun and a guided visualisation story to end, we will provide an opportunity for mother and child to connect and deepen their bond.

Treat yourselves to a day of peace and connection in a warm and welcoming environment. Connect with other moms and kids while learning techniques to promote mindfulness and well-being. Let's make this Mother's Day one to remember!
