Mother & Baby Sound Bath - June 2026

Join us for an in-person calming sound experience designed to support rest and gentle connection for you and your baby.

Using crystal singing bowls and chimes, this sound bath creates a soft, steady space for your nervous system to settle. The healing tones help ease tension, regulate the body, and invite a deep sense of calm for both you and your baby.

Sound levels are kept gentle throughout, with your baby’s sensitive hearing very much in mind.

You are welcome to attend with your pre-crawling baby, or to come on your own if you prefer. There is no expectation for silence or stillness. Feed, cuddle, and comfort your baby whenever they need it.

After the sound bath, stay for tea and a chat. It is a lovely opportunity to connect with other new mums
