Hello dance community!Atlanta Contra Dance is hosting a special (MOSTLY FREE) weekend of music, dance, friendship, and celebration, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
Friday Night, March 13 (Optional)
Kick off the weekend with a Friday evening dance with Playing with Fyre for $15
Saturday, March 14
We're offering a free, all-day contra dance from 10:00 am–10:00 pm (schedule at Contradance.org/Celebration. Come for an hour or stay all day — In addition to plenty of dancing, the day will include food, games, puzzles, crafts and workshops. Music will be provided by "Playing with Fyre" and "Ed, Tami and the Dust Clouds."
Sunday, March 15
We’ll close things out with a music jam on top of Stone Mountain — bring an instrument, or just bring yourself and enjoy the setting.
While Saturday and Sunday are free, please register to help us plan (If you're traveling from out of town, you can indicate during registration whether you’d like housing. We’ll do our best to match you with a local host, subject to availability.)
We're looking forward to a weekend that’s filled with music, movement, and shared joy. We hope you’ll join us for some or all of it.
