Come join us for a ✨rejuvenating✨ morning Vinyasa flow led by the amazing Barbara Vail!

Start your day off right with a dynamic & introspective yoga practice that will leave you feeling energized and centered. This in-person event will take place at Little Treat (613 Bainbridge St). Please bring your own mat & water bottle.

All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you'll find something to love in Barbara's class. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with your body in our sun-kissed store!

• Spaces are very limited. (Not kidding, there are only 8!)
• We appreciate you arriving on time or even a few minutes early to secure your spot & ensure we have time to negotiate mat-space in a room that is very lovely, but not very big.
