Start your day feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized.
Join us for a gentle morning class focused on stretching, mobility, breathwork, and mindful movement designed to help you wake up the body and calm the mind.
This class blends elements of yoga, mobility training, deep stretching, and restorative movement to help improve flexibility, posture, circulation, and overall well-being — while creating a peaceful and welcoming space to reset for the day ahead.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in.
If the weather is nice, we will do the class on the pool deck overlooking the city, if it rains, we will move inside.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Helena — an 8-time Swedish National Dance Champion, founder of HOSBODY, and someone deeply passionate about movement, wellness, and helping people feel better in their bodies naturally.
After personally losing 100 pounds through movement, lifestyle, and wellness-based practices, I became passionate about creating classes that help people feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease in their everyday lives.
My approach combines professional movement training with a calm, supportive atmosphere that focuses on long-term wellness, balance, and feeling good — both physically and mentally.
Whether you are brand new to yoga and stretching or have an established practice, you are welcome here.
