Chrome and Beaded Charm Making Workshop
Sebastian is a UK artist and designer, creating handmade homewares and pastel sculptures, including tufted pieces and functional objects such as hanging mobiles.
In this workshop, we will explore the importance of play in art making and juxtaposing different materials and themes such as hard and soft, moving and still, and sweet and harsh in order to create combinations that are unique and otherworldly. We will create personal charms in order to reconnect with our sense of childlike play, using different charm making techniques, both conventional and unconventional such as beadwork, drawing and nail art. Through experimentation, we will learn to let our decisions change at each stage of the making process in.
