π Morning Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath π

Step away from the busyness of your week and begin your morning with deep rest, release, and renewal. This gentle restorative yoga and sound bath session is designed to unwind tension from the body, calm the mind, and restore your nervous system.
No experience is neededβyour body will be fully supported with props as you melt into long-held, restorative poses (5β10 minutes each), allowing gravity, breath, and sound to do the healing work.

β’ Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
β’ Healing sound bath to restore energy and deepen relaxation

π About Your Guide Lori Graham, Certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Restorative Yoga Teacher, leads both the yoga and sound bath. She creates nurturing spaces to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
