Join us for a morning energy practice rooted in the living lineage of the 5 Immortals Temple, a Taoist tradition passed down through 17 generations of masters in the Wudang Mountains of China.We received this teaching directly from a teacher at the temple, and share it here with deep respect for the tradition from which it comes. Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and inner stillness, this practice cultivates qi, vital life energy.
