Celebrate Trails Day with a bike ride to learn more about two federally-funded trail projects in Anchorage – the Ship to Coastal Trail connection and the Fish to Coastal Trail connection. These voter-approved trails will be built in the next five years - adding two more miles to the trail system.
Biking time is about 75 minutes with information shared along the way. It will be icy, so bundle up. We will return to The Rail for the opportunity to purchase food and drinks.
This is an informal event to learn more about trail connections.
Before the bike ride, help us send a message to Congress by signing a petition supported by members of the Alaska Active Transportation Coalition. Please share with 10 of your friends!
Our goal is to get 250 signatures by April 25 to share with our Congressional delegation.
