“Each ending carries the seed of a beginning.”
Moon’s End Restorative is an hour-long practice blending restorative yoga and live sound bath with yoga teacher Danny Fuggi. Supported postures invite deep rest, while the harmonic resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs calms the nervous system and quiets the mind.
This practice is designed to mark the transition from one month to the next with intention. Through a balance of movement and sound, participants are guided through three phases:
- Reflection — integrating the month’s experiences
- Release — letting go of stress, tension, or mental clutter
- Renewal — creating space for focus, energy, and new intention
About Danny
Danny Fuggi is a 500-hour yoga teacher dedicated to guiding students toward both physical and mental transformation. His work blends intuitive awareness with grounding practices, creating experiences that are restorative, empowering, and deeply connective.
