What This Experience Includes
Astrology Transmission
You’ll receive a grounded, accessible download of the current Full Moon energy — what is being illuminated, what we are collectively releasing, and how this activation may be moving through you personally.
This is astrology you can feel in your body, not just think about. And it’s a truly somatic experience.
Integrative Full Moon Flow
A guided movement practice designed specifically for the energy of that Moon.
We will work with:
- Breath
- Yoga flow
- Mantra + sound
- Meditation
- Nervous system regulation
- Embodied release
This practice is designed to help you clear stagnant energy, reconnect with your intuition, and create space for what is ready to emerge.
