Join us for an evening retreat at Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club, where the noise of Toronto fades into the background and the stillness of the lake and full moon takes over. For a few hours, you’ll feel as though you’ve traveled far beyond the city to bathe in the soothing mantras and soulful melodies of our live musicians.
Hosted in the gorgeous clubhouse with sweeping views of the bay, you’ll be guided through a soothing blend of music, mantra chanting, and meditation. Rooted in ancient traditions, mantra works through sound and vibration - subtle frequencies that calm the mind, settle the body, and gently uplift the spirit. Sing along and sway for an embodied experience.
