Moondog Café’s 1-Year Anniversary

Around this time last year, Moondog Café celebrated its grand opening, April 5 to be exact. But it was also around this time 2 years ago that we hosted our first concert together as the Moondog production team—back in the day March 17, 2024.

So … whether you call it our 1-year or our 2-year, it’s the Time of the Sea-ea-son for luhhh-ving! We’d like to welcome you to come celebrate the birth and growth of this creative community space with us on Sunday, April 12!

Here’s the real kicker—the musical lineup is all Moondog staff. From noon-6pm, catch DJ sets from Kenjiro, Saylem Celeste, Caitlin C. Harvey and Joe Darling as well as live sets from Rob Nash and Jared Talaga + Shigeto. So stoked to hear it come together!

We want to thank each one of you that has shown up these past couple years in support, whether it was just for a quick coffee, to see or play a show or as a volunteer. You’ve encouraged us to keep it up, and we’ve enjoyed getting to know you.

So let’s celebrate together! If you can’t make it or live out of town and still wish to support, we’re setting up an Eventbrite for door donations. Check the link in our bio for that.
