Join Franca Abate in celebration of the Full Moon and the New Moon every month for a powerful energetic cleanse and a moment of deep inner reflection. As you listen to the relaxing, healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, your mind and body will begin to release tension and realign with the natural rhythms of the cosmos. The soothing vibrations help guide you into a meditative state, allowing for emotional clarity, balance, and renewal as we explore the harmonization of cosmic forces.
🌑 During a New Moon, we set intentions by writing down what we wish to bring in for the new cycle.
🌕 During a Full Moon, we release by burning our paper and letting go of what no longer serves us.
After an hour of refreshing and recharging our energetic fields, we’ll come together in sacred ritual to reaffirm intentions we’ve set for this moon cycle, symbolically releasing them into the universe and inviting in transformation, manifestation, and aligned action.
