About this Event
The Indigenous Agriculture & Food Systems (IAFS) National Engagement builds on the proud and enduring tradition of Indigenous food systems by identifying key barriers and opportunities for Indigenous participation in Canada’s agriculture and food sectors.
To support this goal, Farm Credit Canada and Mokwateh are hosting a series of in-person engagements across the country to listen, learn and reflect the diverse voices and priorities that shape Indigenous agriculture and food systems in Canada.
Moving to Montreal, this half-day workshop will explore your perspectives and experiences on various aspects of Indigenous agriculture and food systems, focusing on challenges, solutions and aspirations specific to your regional realities.
Join us for a rich, interactive session on the future of agriculture and food systems!
