Each evening begins with gentle yoga and breathwork to relax the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. These immersive sessions invite rest, relaxation, and a renewed sense of connection.
Jules is a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience and a background in Fine Art. She specialises in Yoga Nidra, Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation, with training in iRest Yoga Nidra and trauma-informed approaches. Her teaching embodies qualities of grounding, spaciousness, and creativity, offering restful and accessible spaces for inner exploration and reconnection.
Drawing on her experience with Yoga Nidra, Jules creates workshops, gong bath collaborations, and courses to support sleep and ease anxiety. She is also a meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition.
