• Blanket, Pillow & Eye Mask: To keep cozy and relaxed while immersed in sound
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated to support your body's energy flow
• Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, soft clothing & warm socks for maximum relaxation

*If you have back issues, bring something to support your knees
