About this Event
Join us on the first Friday of every month and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration at our Shamanic Journey Meditation.
A shamanic journey is a powerful meditative practice that allows you to connect with your inner self, the spirit world, and ancient wisdom. Through rhythmic drumming and guided visualization, you will enter a deep state of relaxation and explore the realms of your subconscious mind.
During this transformative session, you will have the opportunity to release emotional blockages, gain insights, and receive guidance from your spirit guides. Shamanic journeying can help you access hidden knowledge, heal past wounds, and find clarity on your life's purpose.
Our experienced facilitator will create a safe and nurturing space for you to embark on this sacred journey. Whether you are new to shamanic practices or have previous experience, this meditation is open to all individuals seeking personal growth and spiritual connection.

NOTE: This is an all natural journey. 😊 Meditative results may vary and are NOT promised. All individuals experience their own unique journey with each experience. It is best to keep an "open mind" for optimal results. It may take a certain number of sessions to fully harness the power of this healing modality.
TIP: Practicing visualization exercises before & between sessions, as well as drinking a calming tea (such as kava, valerian root, ashwagandha, chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, etc.) 15-20 minutes before class can help aid in the meditation process.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time for check in.
What to bring to the event:
Journal/Paper and a Pen/Pencil
Water bottle
Pillow for under head/neck
Pillow for under knees if needed
Blanket
Wear comfortable clothing
Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
NOTICE: Sound Baths are not recommended for those with severe mental health conditions, pregnant women in their first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, people with significant hearing loss, those highly sensitive to sound, and anyone with implanted medical devices like pacemakers, as the vibrations could cause discomfort or potential complications.
