Legal Disclaimer for VETS2INDUSTRY Event Door Prize and Donation Rewards

By registering for the VETS2INDUSTRY event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The event is open to all individuals who register for attendance. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Free Door Prize: All registered attendees will automatically receive one (1) ticket for a chance to win a free door prize. No purchase or donation is required to receive this ticket. The door prize will be awarded randomly to one eligible attendee.
3. Donations and Additional Entries: Attendees can make voluntary donations to VETS2INDUSTRY for additional chances to win. For each donation, attendees will receive one (1) additional ticket for entry into the prize drawing. Donations are optional and do not affect your eligibility to receive the free door prize.
4. Prize Details: The door prizes and rewards are as described by VETS2INDUSTRY and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. VETS2INDUSTRY reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this event and accepting a prize, you agree to release VETS2INDUSTRY, its affiliates, employees, agents, and sponsors from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event, receipt, or use of any prize.
7. Donations: Donations to VETS2INDUSTRY are voluntary. All donations are non-refundable and are solely for the purpose of supporting VETS2INDUSTRY’s mission. A donation does not guarantee a prize, nor does it increase your chances of winning a specific prize beyond the additional entries provided by your donation.
8. Privacy: By registering for the event and participating in the prize drawing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the event and contacting winners. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
9. Force Majeure: VETS2INDUSTRY is not responsible for any failure or delay in the event, prize drawing, or delivery of prizes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
10. Changes and Cancellations: VETS2INDUSTRY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event or prize drawing at any time, for any reason. In the event of cancellation, no alternative prizes or compensation will be offered.

By registering for and participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register or participate in the event or prize drawing.
