The Regional Center for Indpendent Living is hosting a series of Life skills classes in conjunction with the ACCESS VR as part of our PEERS intiative. The PEERS program seeks to connect those with disabilties to others who have their own disability experiences. Courses are to enhance life skills and help provide those with disabilties to live their best lives.

Topics for each month will vary and be chosen to run based on community interest.
Topics will include: Resilency, Neurodiversity, Coping strategies, Wellness, Meal planning and Preparation.
