Monthly Racial Trauma Clinic
Come join us at the Nubian Life Resource Centre our bespoke monthly space for processing Racial Trauma. This event is a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, receive support, and learn coping strategies. Our team of experts will be there to provide guidance and resources to help equip you navigate this terrain.

Psycho-education and Mind Management tool:
Dr Christina Browne, the clinical lead at Adumaadan is a consultant psychiatrist with invaluable lived experience as a member of the black community and as a professional in the NHS and private sector for over 30 years.
She is a co-founder and originator of the G.Y.M. (Guard Your Mind) a groundbreaking effective psycho-education and mind management tool.
Art For The Soul. (Art in Medicine):
Cornelius Browne is a pioneer Therapeutic Art Practitioner. There will be regular exhibitions of his therapeutic works as well as intensive art sessions to equip participants with transferable skills to manage the processing of micro and macro aggressions. Each art session will be preceded by a G.Y.M. (guard your mind) workshop.
