What:
Join Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach & Somatic Therapy Practitioner, Doug Weichbrodt and Men’s Embodiment Coach & Somatic Practicioner, Josh Foxen for an opportunity to find and express your authentic masculine energy in community.
Together we will create and hold space to drop in somatically and connect to our internal landscapes, share vulnerably with a group of supportive men, and develop a sense of community as we navigate life's wins and challenges.

When: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6:30- 8:30p
Where: Project Circle Psilocybin Service Center - 5903 SE Milwaukie Ave, Portland, OR
What to bring:
- You will be engaging in meditation/breath work so please bring a mat to lay on and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
- Your Journal and writing utensil

***NOTE: This workshop is created for people who identify as men 21+, only. We welcome all ages, races, religions, and sexual orientations. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Meet you facilitator's:
Doug Weichbrodt
Doug is certified in Psychosynthesis life coaching and in the Innate Somatic Intelligence Trauma Therapy Approach (ISSITA). He’s also a certified teacher of Presence with the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening. Doug is an Oregon Licensed psilocybin facilitator with training from the Entheogen Institute and mentoring in the Mazatec tradition of plant medicine. Doug grounds his guidance in his 25 years of contemplative spiritual practice and the work he’s done healing trauma and growing as a human with therapy, coaching, mushrooms and life-lessons. Intimately familiar with the power and peace of replacing old habits and thought-patterns with the vitality and flow of the intelligent life-force in us all, Doug is passionate about helping others reclaim their connection and live a more ideal life. Doug is a husband and father, a student and celebrator of life, nature, music, art, and all things healing and growth related.
Josh Foxen
Josh is a certified men’s coach with a passion of supporting both men and women in the process of self-discovery, embodied learning, and heart-centered relational engagement.
Josh leads and facilitates mens groups, group & relational work, retreats, and altered states of consciousness experiences and has been coaching 1:1 for over 8 years.
