Join our monthly Integrative Trauma Coaching Group, a safe and supportive space where you’ll experience deep healing alongside others on a similar journey. Through a blend of somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, peer discussion, community support and evidence-based coaching techniques, we’ll help you release stored trauma, rewire limiting beliefs, and build resilience using a holistic approach.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No walk ins please.
What to bring:
Water bottle
Journal & Pen/Pencil
Wear socks or barefoot in the studio
Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
