About this Event
After a long break we are back in this beautiful space, holding our mothly sessions of deeply rejuvenating Breathwork followed by a relaxing Gong bath , designed to have you floating through your Sunday evening.
Everyone is welcome , no experience is neccesary!
Please bring a mat and blanket, for more comfort a cushion or pillow too!
Nina holds regular Soundbaths in Hampstead and Belsize Park, she is fully qualified with yoga Alliance, she is also a qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher
Andre is a fully qualified Pranayama instructor ,holding Breathwork Classes in Primrose Hill
