About this Event
Monthly Art Therapy Circle
You are warmly invited to a monthly art therapy group designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others through creative expression, mindful making and shared reflection. This group offers a calm, supportive environment where art becomes a language for emotions that are sometimes hard to put into words.
Each monthly session draws from a thoughtfully developed art therapy framework that integrates emotional awareness, self-expression and personal insight. No artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What to Expect
Every session includes:
- A guided art-making experience using accessible materials such as collage, painting, pastels, watercolours and clay.
- Time for reflection and optional sharing, supported with care and respect.
- Art work to take away at the end of the session.
The focus is not on creating “beautiful” art, but on experiencing the process, listening to what emerges and allowing meaning to unfold naturally.
Monthly Themes
Sessions rotate through themes inspired by evidence-informed art therapy practices, including:
- Exploring and expressing emotions safely
- Balancing vulnerability and strength
- Understanding inner dialogue and self-image
- Developing self-soothing and emotional regulation skills
- Strengthening connection with yourself and with others
Each month stands alone, so you are welcome to attend one session or return regularly to deepen your journey.
