In this class we use stillness of mind, grounding and breathwork to bring harmony and balance to our nervous system. Then we will move through a flow of yoga postures following the pace of our breath to unleash tensions, blockages, gain flexibility while building muscle strength and stamina, all in a gentle way. This class is uses a gentler flow, for anyone who enjoys a slower pace of Yoga or may experience limited mobility.
The class is suited to all levels of ability, from complete beginners to experienced yogi's.
