Start your week off well with this gentle Yoga class.To include a combination of floor & standing movements to gently ease your way into a new week, ending with a scrummy 10 minutes relaxation.
Open to all levels including beginners!
A mat, a blanket and water are essential but please feel free to bring any other Yoga props you like to use.
A medical screening form is required to be completed at your first session for insurance purposes.
