This 90-minute Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra class is your chance to unwind after the weekend, release tension, and slow down your mind/body before the days ahead.
Expect a gentle, grounding practice designed to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally – so you can step into your week feeling calm, spacious, and restored.
All props are provided and all levels are welcome, including those completely new to yoga and meditation.

This weekly session is designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect...all the while, setting you up for a great night's sleep!
🌙 What to Expect
We begin with 60 minutes of Yin Yoga: a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for 3–5 minutes to gently target the deeper connective tissues (fascia). This helps to:
✔️ Release stiffness & improve mobility
✔️ Calm the nervous system & reduce stress
✔️ Encourage stillness, patience & awareness
✔️ Create space in your body & mind
You’ll then transition into 20–30 minutes of Yoga Nidra: a guided, lying-down meditation often called “yogic sleep” (and it's totally ok if you fall asleep during it!)
This deeply restorative practice supports:
✔️ Deep rest & relaxation
✔️ Reduced anxiety & mental tension
✔️ Better sleep quality
✔️ A greater sense of calm & balance
The candlelit session is accompanied by the soothing sound of a Tibetan singing bowl to enhance your experience.
