Join these pop-up classes at The Health Spa in Peosta! Move your body, bond with your little one, and be in community with other moms in a supportive space.
If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it, but it's not required. Additionally, for the Baby & Me class, we encourage you to bring a blanket for babe.

9:15 – 10:00 AM - Baby & Me Yoga (Ages: 6 weeks – 1 year)
10:30 – 11:00 AM - Toddler & Me Yoga (Ages: 1 – 4 years)
Class fee: $25 per mama, per class.
