Travel Dubuque and City of Dubuque are excited to share the 2026 RAGBRAI route through Dubuque and unveil the official community logo on Monday, March 23 at 2 p.m. at Reflections at Q Casino. Media and community members are encouraged to attend.Remarks will be provided by Mayor Brad Cavanagh, Police Chief Jeremy Jensen, and Travel Dubuque.
The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is the oldest, largest, and longest recreational bicycle touring event in the world. Each summer, thousands of cyclists from across the country make their way across Iowa, generating significant economic impact and national attention for every
community along the route.
In 2026, Dubuque will serve as the last stop on the RAGBRAI route, welcoming riders to dip their tires in the Mississippi River and experience the city’s iconic bluffs, vibrant downtown, and renowned Midwestern hospitality. The event is expected to bring thousands of visitors to the area and shine a spotlight on Dubuque.
