About this Event
This seminar will be on May 16th from 3-4:30pm and is open to the public and all of our local moms. Our goal is to teach women how to be safe if faced with common, women-specfic attacks. These attacks may include hair grabs, if a weapon is held to you at close range, and ground defenses. We will also cover different tactics to keep yourself safe, before an attack begins. We all have heard to "keep keys in your hands while walking" or that a ponytail is an "easy-grab handle," but do we know what to do beyond cutting our hair off or how to use these tools?
Older children (12+) are invited and welcome to attend as well but require a parent participant. If the parent is unable to participate, please let us know and we will make something work for you, as well.
If you have questions, please give us a call/text at 737-231-3802
