Mamas on the Mat
Come join us for an intentional and rejuvenating Pilates session just for mamas! This in-person event will take place at 515 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. Take some time for you and your baby to bond, stretch, and connect with other mamas in the community. No experience necessary - all levels are welcome! Grab your mat and let's flow together. See you there!
FYI: Bringing your little one not required but encouraged
What to wear: Work out gear. Be ready to stretch and sweat!
What to bring: Your little one, favorite hydration beverage and yoga mat
Parking details: Feel free to park anywhere in the lot before the gate or along Humphries Street. Please do not double park. Take the silver stair on the of the building to the second floor and we're the first dooe on the right!
