Mommy & Me Yoga Playdate
Come join us for an infant playdate filled with movement for mamas and babies! Taught by Dr. Nikki Robinett with Moving and Grooving Pediatric PT and expert yogi Lisa with Mama Moves.
This class includes postpartum yoga, baby yoga, developmental play and FREE movement screenings! Both mama and baby will move & groove through class with exercises and positions that strengthen their bodies. Leo & Luca has an in store coffee shop perfect for a playdate with your new mom friend for after class!
Recommended for infants 0-12 months or "pre walkers." Childcare available for $10/ additional "walking" child 1-6 years old At Leo & Luca.
