After a weekend of rest, flow into your week with intention. Whether you're seeking to stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind, or simply reconnect with your breath, all ages and levels are warmly welcomed on the mat.

What to bring: Your mat, water bottle, and an open heart. Registration is required as space is limited—secure your spot today and we'll see you under the pavilion.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
