Terms and Conditions

1. Health & Fitness
   I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate safely in this event. I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before taking part and will stop immediately if I feel unwell or in pain.
2. Personal Responsibility
   I understand that participation is voluntary and I am responsible for exercising within my own limits. I agree to follow all safety guidance and instructions provided by the event team and accept full responsibility for my wellbeing throughout the session.
3. Liability Waiver
   I acknowledge that Move with Purpose (MWP) and Break the Cage (BTC), their organizers, instructors, and venues are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
4. Lost or Stolen Items
   I understand that MWP, BTC, and the event venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
5. Photography & Media
   I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, social media, or educational purposes. By attending, I consent to being included in photography and media content unless I have informed the organizers prior to the event that I do not wish to appear.
6. Acknowledgement
   By registering for and attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms. I acknowledge Move with Purpose (MWP) and Break the Cage (BTC) as the organizing bodies and accept full responsibility for my participation.

Info: Settle in and drop bags - meet others and have a feel for the venue and run down of activities for the day

Info: Group will be led by one of the coaches in a warm up to get the body ready for exercise and fired up

Info: Participants will be split into groups where they will take part in functional, conditional and endurance based exercises and rotate across all workout styles

Info: Time to unwind and bring the body back to a resting heart rate with a nice cool down led by one of the coaches. Once done, participants can help themselves to refreshments and have the chance to chill and talk to friends and network with one another.
