Take a moment us in a safe and cosy space to unwind and let go of tension keeping you ‘stuck’.
These Moments of Mindfulness invite you to learn about mindfulness practices and how they can help to transform your life.
The session concludes with a guided meditation where you get to sit back, relax and take time for yourself.
Feeling worried about meditation and what the experience might mean for you? That’s natural when you try something new.
I guided people intuitively and work with you where you are at. In a group setting, collectively this looks and feels like safety, connection and rest.
Your subconscious will allow you to experience only what you are ready for.
We will be hosted in the meeting room at the back of the Richmond Town Hall.
$5 entry at the door
Bring your friends, your family, your self!
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions all help to make you comfortable though they are not necessary.
