We are excited to annouce the second mole workshop by Chef Lety of Brujas Cocina
Mole poblano estilo Guanajuato. This beautifully balanced sauce represent the story and migration of a family coming from southern region Mexico to San Diego.
The workshop is 2 hours long. You will learn the main ingredients to make a mole poblano. Included in this workshop: learning the history, variations, types of dried chiles, how to pair your mole with beverage and food.
At the end of the class we will have some fresh tortillas and queso fresco to try our community miole.
Take home what we make (bring a container from your home to fill) Mole jars will be for sale as well.
