Event Overview
In this gathering, we explore how to Connect to Your Emotions to Manifest the Life of Your Dreams. With manifestation being a hot topic in wellness circles and social media, we delve into the secrets of living a purposeful life filled with joy and abundance.
The day begins with invigorating somatic practices led by Liana Blackburn, designed to tune into your body and mind. You'll then be immersed in a transformative Cacao Circle and vocal activation with Rita Oliveira Turner, awakening your senses and opening your heart.
Our keynote speaker, Atarah Valentine, an expert in Self-Understanding and Emotional Resilience, will guide you through a deep journey of self-exploration, sharing wisdom, practices, and tools to connect with your emotions and manifest your desires.
After a reflective Nature Integration Walk and journaling session, James Hyman will lead a Breathwork Journey to release stagnant energy and bring you back to your roots. The experience continues with a soothing Sound Bath conducted by Cibele Bossi, harmonizing your inner and outer worlds.
A brief break with light snacks from our vendors will refuel you for the afternoon session, where Liana Blackburn will return to lead a session on Somatic Embodiment, helping you move stagnant energy and nourish your body from the inside out.
The day will conclude with a closing talk and Q&A session with Atarah Valentine, followed by a communal farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Lavender, featuring organic, plant-based cuisine that embodies the essence of the retreat.
