Discover the rich flavors and traditions behind one of Mexico’s most beloved sauces—mole verde! In this hands-on workshop, visitors will learn about the history and cultural significance of mole, explore its regional ingredients, and then roll up their sleeves to make their own version of this vibrant green dish.
