Month of Jazz: There are two sides to the musical personality that make up Dylan McHann - composition and improvisation. Both of which are rooted in the legacy of other composer/improvisors such as Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, and Charlie Parker, while still building on top of their work to make fresh, innovative sounds.The set will be comprised of original music that McHann plans to record and release this year. The band consists of some of South Florida's finest musicians, Tal Cohen on piano, Vince DuPont on Bass, and Lucas Apostoleris on Drums.
