Lifestyle Wellness Intelligence Healing Programme
Lifestyle Wellbeing is the root cause of a person's health & wellbeing balance.
HMU Lifestyle Wellness Intelligence Healing Programme combines holistic lifestyle wisdom and wellness innovation to provides guidance and healing space for you to effectively achieve physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and spatial wellness in personal lifestyle in the eight areas.
It guides you through effective way to build holistic life value, offers scientific energy frequency healing to transform your lifestyle and build your energy foundation to enjoy high quality energy living.
This programme contains a total of eight modules which is on rolling basis weekly. You are welcomed to start with any particular module below:
- Module 1 : Physical Wellness Intelligence Healing - Wellbeing Qigong to unlock body wisdom to boost Qi circulation;
- Module 2 : Nutritional Wellness Intelligence Healing - Smart ways to boost nutritional value to boost your daily diet quality;
- Module 3 : Financial Wellness Intelligence Healing - Boost money abundance to uplift your financial status;
- Module 4 : Emotional Wellness Intelligence Healing - Discover the root cause of emotional stress and mindfulness healing/ meditation for inner peace;
- Module 5 : Spatial Wellness Intelligence Healing - Build personal high energy space to immerse yourself with efficient energy recharge anywhere
- Module 6 : Mental Wellness Intelligence Healing - Improve brain concentration, memory and development functions for smart decision-making;
- Module 7 : Social Wellness Intelligence Healing - Enhance intrapersonal and interpersonal connection and fit into a variety of social contexts.
- Module 8 : Spiritual Wellness Intelligence Healing - Soul healing and embrace the higher value of divine living.
This week HMU HARMONYU will start with Module 4 – Emotional Wellness. Emotional well-being provides you with higher capacity to deal with life challenges. When you build up emotional resilience, your physical wellness, relationship and community connection could be enhanced.
In this workshop, you will learn:
-How emotion works with your body and the connectivity of your emotional and physical bodies;
-Work with endocrine system to improve emotion/ mental wellbeing;
-Explore trauma healing to heal your subconscious pain for relief.
