For too long we have been told to "man up" - in our jobs, amongst our friends and with our emotions.
It is time to explore and redefine what it means to be a man.
Come together to connect deeper to yourself and the collective brotherhood.
Where we honour all parts of ourselves, our experiences, our hearts and each other.
Welcome to the way of the Modern Masculine.
We gather in sacred circle; offering our presence, our love, our understanding, our compassion and our energy.
It has been an honour to serve the men in this container for the past 2 years.
The "work" won't end, but my time in Toronto is coming to a close as I prepare to move north to Collingwood on January 1st.
While there is a slight possibility for a December edition, the month is already shaping up to be very full, so for now... this is the Toronto Finale.

We set the container to help open the heart and connect to our intentions, deep somatic breathwork to connect deeper to self, to the body, to emotions, and to Spirit.
This will be followed by a sharing circle to speak our Truths and be witnessed in it as we are all sacred mirrors for one another.

Meet your Guide:
