It is time to explore and redefine what it means to be a man.
Come together to connect deeper to yourself and the collective brotherhood.
Where we honour all parts of ourselves, our experiences, our hearts and each other.
Welcome to the way of the Modern Masculine.
We gather in sacred circle; offering our presence, our love, our understanding, our compassion and our energy.
As the calendar shifts, the weather is cooler, the leaves are falling, and an opportunity arises to reflect on what we are letting go of as we prepare for the "thinner" months of the year.
WED OCT 23rd: CONTRAST THERAPY EDITION
7 - 10 PM ET
Our host, Eric Bols of Cliffside Care, welcomes us for this transformative gathering.
Matty sets the container and lights the sacred fire to help open the heart and connect to our intentions.
Breathwork connects us deeper to the self, the body, the emotions, and Spirit.
The breath also helps to prepare us for cold exposure in the ice bath.
The cold is a powerful teacher of resilience.
After the cold, we engage with heat exposure in the sauna.
These opposing temperatures help to test our resolve and tie into the theme of letting go -
Where am I holding too tightly? What are my challenges to releasing and surrendering?
A sharing circle follows the contrast therapy. This provides an opportunity for contemplation, to speak our Truths and to be witnessed as we are all sacred mirrors for one another.
